A Lower Elementary class reinforced their reading skills in both Spanish and English as they read Where Do Animals Live? in both languages. They then created drawings of animals in their habitats using the narrative as inspiration. The children practiced drawing animals using simple shapes, added color with crayon and finished the pieces with vibrant watercolor washes.
